Delivery has started. Keep the target public and avoid overlapping orders while the remaining quantity updates.
The order has finished delivery. Review the target after delivery settles; retention and organic performance are not guaranteed.
Delivery stopped before the full quantity. The system-confirmed remaining quantity is used to return the undelivered retail amount to your SMM Route balance automatically.
The order did not continue. The eligible undelivered charge is returned to site balance after the status is reconciled.
The order could not be routed or delivered. The charge is returned once through the balance ledger, so duplicate status callbacks cannot create duplicate refunds.
Refill is support for qualifying drops on routes carrying the refill label. It is not a status guarantee, permanent retention promise or feature of every service.
If 420,000 remains and the route reports Partial, 42% of the retail order charge is returned automatically to site balance. If you paid $100, the returned amount is $42 and the delivered portion remains charged at $58.
Operational refunds return to your SMM Route USD balance, not directly to the sending blockchain wallet. The balance can be reused for another route.
Automatic partial calculation needs a Partial status and remaining quantity. If the route reports Completed despite a mismatch, contact support with the order ID for review.
Active orders are checked automatically. The order center displays the latest known status, remaining quantity, returned amount and update time.
