How does USD balance work?
An invoice for $20 credits $20.00 to your SMM Route balance after the signed payment callback is verified. The site balance is then used for orders and automatic partial refunds.
Who pays network fees?
Wallet, exchange and blockchain network fees are separate from the SMM Route invoice value. Send enough for the invoice to receive the required amount after any withdrawal fee.
When is balance credited?
Credit happens after Cryptomus reports a confirmed payment. Pending blockchain confirmations do not create spendable balance, and duplicate callbacks cannot credit the same invoice twice.
