Automatic balance refunds
If an order cannot begin, the reserved charge is returned automatically to your SMM Route balance. If an order is formally marked partial or cancelled, any eligible undelivered amount is reviewed and credited using the final delivery record.
Refill-eligible orders
A refill can be requested only when the selected service displayed refill protection, the order is inside its refill window, and the target remains public and unchanged. Refill does not apply to losses caused by platform removal, username changes, private targets or overlapping orders.
Completed orders
Correctly completed promotional delivery is normally non-refundable, except for defective or misdescribed services and mandatory legal rights. Engagement behavior after delivery, changes in platform metrics and organic results are outside the scope of the service.
Crypto deposits
A confirmed crypto deposit is credited to your SMM Route balance. Blockchain network charges are not credited. Withdrawal or return of unused balance is subject to manual security and compliance review and may not be available in every jurisdiction.
Waffo fiat deposits
For a Waffo fiat balance purchase that remains entirely unused, request a refund within seven days. Duplicate charges and confirmed billing errors are eligible for correction. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method after payment ownership and usage are verified. Send your account email, transaction ID and reason to support@smmroute.com. We aim to acknowledge requests within two business days; bank and processor completion times vary. Mandatory consumer, withdrawal and payment-dispute rights remain unaffected, including for defective or misdescribed services.

Contact support with your SMM Route order ID, target link and a concise description. Do not place a second order for the same target while a review is open.
