SMM Route is an independent marketplace that routes automated social media promotional services through third-party delivery providers. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the social platforms listed in our catalog.
2. Your account and balance
You are responsible for securing your account and providing accurate information. Confirmed deposits are recorded as a USD-denominated service balance and are not a bank account, stored-value account or cryptocurrency wallet.
3. Order requirements
- Use only public, valid target links that you are authorized to promote.
- Keep the target public and do not change usernames while an order is active.
- Do not place overlapping orders for the same target unless the prior order is complete.
- Review the service minimum, maximum, refill status and target type before confirming.
4. Prohibited use
You may not use SMM Route for unlawful, deceptive, abusive or rights-infringing activity, to impersonate others, interfere with elections or public processes, promote illegal goods, or target content involving exploitation or non-consensual material. We may suspend access or cancel orders that create legal, security or platform risk.
5. Delivery and results
Start times, speed and completion estimates can change due to platform or supplier conditions. Automated promotion does not guarantee organic engagement, revenue, discovery, verification or permanent retention. Refill protection applies only where shown and only within the relevant route's eligibility window.
6. Charges, refunds and disputes
Order charges are deducted from your balance when an order is accepted. Failed supplier submissions are returned automatically to your SMM Route balance. Other refund and refill decisions follow the Refund Policy. Blockchain network fees and completed service delivery are generally non-refundable.
7. Availability and changes
Service IDs, prices, limits and availability may change. We may update the catalog, suspend a route, or change these terms when needed. Material changes will be posted on this page.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SMM Route is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or specific business outcomes. You remain responsible for platform compliance and the consequences of your use.
